I ordered on the 19th and my order is marked as shipped emailed there support twice with no response have not received my item if I am not going to recive I would like a refund

Do not buy from these people! I ordered and paid for two knives but only received one. I sent several emails querying this but received no response. Non existent customer service and no phone number. Eventually I got my bank involved who refunded me. AVOID!

Never responds to my emails cancelled order i asked for refund as 5 days later knife is 'dispatched' but never arrives. Raised a dispute with my bank over it. Never reply shambles of a company

Spent sooo much money over the years here but my last order is a total scam items missing I’ve emailed them 4 times and they havnt even bothered to reply there’s no phone number to call so now have to contact my bank to get them involved such a shame how terrible there customer after care has gone . I will NOT be using or recommending them again

So annoyed!! The knife selection looked brilliant and with a huge shopping list planned I ordered a small tester to see the quality. Very happy my ID was checked and made me feel like I was dealing with a good company. I was told I needed to sign for the knives and have my age verified upon delivery. Delivery day came, I received a email from Royal Mail informing me that my package had been signed for and verified with a photo of delivery. The signature wasn't mine, no idea who verified the age and the photo of the parcel was just a extreme close up of a envelope. I checked my CCTV and no delivery?? I contacted knifewarehouse 4 times, I have still not received any contact back from them (6 days later). Then adding insult to injury, no knives, no refund and then a email asking me to review them......no words.

Don’t send any sum over £200 or £300 they will scam you and put your order in endless processing, they won’t even contact you

Good Evening, My apologies for cancelling (and refunding) this order. After speaking to our contact in the Metropolitan police, we concluded that this order was too high risk to fulfil. As a responsible retailer, we always comply with local laws, and perform due diligence checks on all purchases. Order placed on 29 October and ID uploaded. Order showed as ‘Shipped’. 19 days have passed and I’ve not yet received my order. I’ve sent 4 emails and heard nothing back. There’s no phone number to ring. The only way to contact the company is via email. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any online retailer. The purchase was for a Christmas present which I can’t buy elsewhere so I’m going to have a very disappointed family member. I’ll be contacting my bank to retrieve the £100 I paid for the item when it’s been 30 days.

Received 1 item out of 3 and contacted customer support many times and have received no response except once and every other contact after that was not responded to feel like im being ignored and robbed of £155 its been nearly a year now and still no response or update about my order
