No email reply what so ever, no tracking and no updates on my order

Im writing this review as i am yet to get a response, After having sent 5 emails asking about my order i am yet to get one. I answered the question as to why the name was different and didn't get a response back i simply asked if you do not want to go ahead with the order then can you please send me a refund and i'll take my business elsewhere. Terrible communication for something that could have been solved with communication.

Good Evening, We're a little confused. The order number that's linked to this review goes to an order where the payment didn't go through. So we didn't ship it. Are we missing something? Please let me know so I can investigate properly. Thank you.

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER AND THEY DON'T REPLY TO EMAIL OR MESSAGES VERY POOR SERVICE A RIP OFF AS PROBABLY WONT GET REFUNDED AS THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO CONTACT THEM. WAS GOING TO PURCHASE A CROSSBOW BUT WONT BOTHER NOW SAYS QUERIES RESOLVED IN UNDER AN HOUR, WHAT A JOKE AS ITS BEEN NEARLY TWO WEEKS NOW.

Good Evening, We apologize for the delay in responding to your email. As you can probably imagine, the run up to Christmas gets rather busy and we focus most of our time toward shipping orders. I can see we shipped this, but I can't find anything useful from the tracking number. Can you send us an email confirming your address and we'll follow up on this further. We do usually resolve things quite quickly, so once again, my apologies that this one fell through the cracks. Thank you.

I made the order and paid its been a week and still nothing and now im being asked to give a review as if you guys have done something good you guys haven’t been replying to my emails asking abt ny order either so yh im very disappointed

Good Evening, I'm sorry to hear that there was an issue with your order! Our review requests are automated, so apologies for any confusion that's happened there. I'm trying to find any emails from you, but I don't seem to be able to see any. In any case, I've tried your tracking number and it's just showing as unavailable. I suspect that due to Christmas, the postage is delayed - could you allow another few days for delivery, and if still no luck, we'll sort something out for you. Poor communication, orders sent from other suppliers without notification of multiple deliveries. Lastly theft, I ordered over £400 of goods and and set of 3 throwing knives are missing. Emailed in 3 times and haven’t had a response it’s been nearly a week. Poor service, poor communication and dishonest service. I would not reccomend anyone use your service as you don’t know if the items will actually arrive and no real way to contact you. No phone number, no contact address and you don’t answer email queries. 0/10.

No contact from the knifewarehouse, I made a mistake in the first line of address & picked the wrong street name but everything else was right, it’s been nearly 4 month since the order was placed & I’ve sent 5+ emails asking for updates but no one gets back to you. The only reply I had was on here where they stated “hard to deliver when you refuse the parcel”… hard the refuse the parcel if it doesn’t come to my address. They have taken my money & left it at that. The parcel got sent back to their warehouse & they haven’t bothered to reach out at all. Concerning seeing that this is a business & not a random John on the corner.

If you do not know your own address how do you expect to receive any delivery? Who gets their street name wrong? We do not just guess peoples addresses, like every other company in the world we ship to the address given. We have refunded your order, please shop elsewhere.

I placed an order back in August & have no received the order, it's November now & I have tried contacting them 3 different times & they have not replied or even acknowledged my request.

Hello Shae The tracking says: Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 04-09-2024 as the recipient refused to accept it. It will now be returned to the sender. If you refuse the parcel it is very difficult to deliver it.

not happy to be honest opened the blade and straight off the blade wouldnt close the release attachment seized for a first buy doesnt fill me with confidence in your goods .

I made an order of over £50 and they have not delivered to me my full order. I am missing at least £25 worth of my order and have recieved no replies to my multiple emails. I am unsure wether or not there is even a real human operating this site, there has been pretty much zero human contact throughout. I would recommend that you simply use another site for the time being.

Recently ordered some knives and a blank firing gun from knifewarehouse as a present for my dad. They only sent the knives. By doing this i couldn't raise a case with royal mail as they were classed as delivered. After 17 emails i gave up and went through my bank to get a refund as they DO NOT reply to emails and don't have a contact number. Avoid these clowns at all costs. If you want knives go to springfields they reply to emails and my items were delivered with in 48hrs. If you want blank firing guns go to DNA LEISURE also received within 48hrs. Its a shame as ive used knifewarehouse for the past 4/5 years, but not anymore. Ignorant Scammers 0* rating from me.

Received the knives which are movie replicas and when I opened the package they were covered in mold. Iv had to clean the knives and polish them because there was some rust spots and the sheaths had a lot of mold on them and smelled awful when opening the packing. I had to use antibacterial spray to clean the sheaths as I was worried about health problems plus they stunk which means Iv breathed in the mold spores. The knives must have been kept in a damp environment and seem to have been sent in this state seeing as they arrived quite quickly. I would not buy anything ever again from The Knife Warehouse.

Hi all I’ve ordered a knife from knife warehouse they sent via Royal Mail to my dads address my dad is a 73 year old man The delivery driver knocked on the door my dad answered he was confused at first because it was so early in the morning he just woke my dad up, Driver asked for date of birth my bad was confused and asked for mine? Or his own royal driver took the parcel from my dads hand and walked away marked it as return to sender, and refused delivery on the system, I’ve been trying to get in touch with the contact department but no luck for days until 3 days ago Joe replied saying you’re dad refused the parcel and he’s not gonna refund me or reissue the parcel to be sent back out, this is THEFT! I’ve paid for my item Now he refuses to reply to me just ignores you’re messages so please be careful when trying to buy something there scammers and only 50/50 chance you’re gonna get your product £30 is nothing to me but it’s the principal of this Outrageous service
