“Prompt service, easy order process & ability to track orders - 10/10.. Would have given a 5 star rating if your re-stocking of "GOOD KNIVES" was a bit quicker, been waiting ages for some products but always out of stock!! Having said that, I will be a returning customer & continue to recommend you to other responsible knife enthusiast's.. We all know UK knife laws are completely ridiculous, basing their opinion on little thugs who want to stab people, I can walk up the street with 14 golf clubs or a set of darts & nobody cares, but the mere mention of the word knife seems to imply violence ?? Point being, without you, Heinnie's, Blades UK etc., we serious collectors would have no hobby..So a big thank you from me & a happy new year to all at knife warehouse from William ✌️”

“Knife arrived quickly is of good quality was slight mold on Sheath but cleaned up easily enough. Knife is a lot better quality than I was expecting and is huge pleasantly surprised and very happy”

“Got what i ordered. Very quick delivery. No real contact from company, just "Order Complete" which means nothing to me especially, as far as I am concerned, it wasn't complete until it was in my possession, which it wasn't at that stage. I emailed for tracking info. no reply. Would have preferred much better information on my parcel's progress with clear delivery info and for my email to be answered. No phone number supplied for contact, no physical address shown and no email answered. Clear contact details are very necessary. Good job for Companies House.”

“Fast delivery and OK pricing. The Survivor mini is an interesting little toothpick and would have given you 5*, but it was completely blunt except for the serrations. Poor grinding by the supplier I know, took me a while to sort out the grind and put an edge on it. A lanyard through the handle and it's sorted. Easily slips into a pack as it is so small. Sheath is adequate.”

“Whilst you did everything fine, Parcel force left my package at a different house (same post caode I think) although their email said it was delivered and left in my "Safe place. This wasn't true and we were in all day and nobody knocked on our door. So I am without my order and can't get any satisfation from Customer Services ( basically NO customer service at all) so still without my order”

“Product came in good time. Wasn’t the exact product as the product I looked at had writing on it “black Panther” but what I received was plain. Handle is also a bit loose but apart from that it’s a great product.”

“I have had two knives from you and they where delivered in good time and in good order. My one complaint is, the recent knife was advertised as a Crocodile Dundee knife. The knife is well made and sturdy but not a Dundee knife, only similar in size and shape. So I was somewhat disapointed.”
