I have been waiting for my parcel for weeks. The royal mail have been on strike, I am aware that is not knife warehouses fault, but a courier service would of be preferable.

I did not receive my package and haven’t got any emails about it I ordered the 22” machete with teeth and didn’t receive it. It’s been 2 weeks now

Hi, my order never arrived, when i contacted knifewarehouse they didnt responde to my messages. In a week time if i dont hear anything I will report it to my credit card company as fraud.

They said it would be delivered in 2-3 days but it has been 7 days and i have still not recieved the product

Hi There have been Royal Mail strikes each week, 2 days a week (including yesterday and today), creating a backlog, all orders have been dispatched but you will have to be a little patient. It is out of our control unfortunately and because of the law we have to use Age Verified delivery, only Royal Mail and UPS offer this that I know of. I can see the tracking it is in Milton Keynes but they are on Strike today so I guess it will be tomorrow. Apologies for the delay. Kind regards Joe

Ordered a blank firing pistol and 9mm pak Ammo and machete, received machete no pistol or ammo. Emails a few times and no response yet

This is the second time that I receive a prduct that seems not brand new. as if it seems it has already returned or anything else but it sems not new so I am not happy wi th this time shopping. I dont wanna return but I may revise my shopping from you.

After sending 5 emails we have still not had a reply from this company. Avoid. Do your research and buy from elsewhere. We bought a knife. Never received it. The post office sent it back to them giving me proof that they received it back. Still nothing. They have the goods and the money which is illegal. Customer services is non existent. No contact number. And as previously mentioned not even a reply. We have reported them to trading standards.

Hi Joel The reason you did not collect the parcel is because you are under 18 and could not provide the proof of age needed by Royal Mail before they can release a bladed item to you. You have done a very good photoshop on the passport provided before shipping though. Your order has been refunded and your account is blocked. It is illegal to attempt to purchase knives when under 18 in the UK. Kind regards Joe
