“Hi all I’ve ordered a knife from knife warehouse they sent via Royal Mail to my dads address my dad is a 73 year old man The delivery driver knocked on the door my dad answered he was confused at first because it was so early in the morning he just woke my dad up, Driver asked for date of birth my bad was confused and asked for mine? Or his own royal driver took the parcel from my dads hand and walked away marked it as return to sender, and refused delivery on the system, I’ve been trying to get in touch with the contact department but no luck for days until 3 days ago Joe replied saying you’re dad refused the parcel and he’s not gonna refund me or reissue the parcel to be sent back out, this is THEFT! I’ve paid for my item Now he refuses to reply to me just ignores you’re messages so please be careful when trying to buy something there scammers and only 50/50 chance you’re gonna get your product £30 is nothing to me but it’s the principal of this Outrageous service”

“Do not recommend. No customer service. My parcel never arrived and Royal mail ask the recipient to contact the sender. I have emailed multiple times and had no reply. And the phone number listed on Google is for a roofing company. I have resorted to leaving a bad review in the hopes someone will actually get in touch before I have to report it to the bank and claim back through them. Very disappointed.”

“I haven't reviewed parcel, DPD failed to deliver to my home address and when changed address to work address, DPD driver delivered it to someone else. I was shocked as this was an ID required delivery. After calling DPD have the parcel now in a depot.... even though tye driver initially delivered it? Dpd are yet to resend the package. I am hoping to receive it soon...”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID! scam company! Have been waiting 2 weeks for my order, i have sent multiple emails which they have ignored. Impossible to get through to them. My order has been on “shipped” for just under 2 weeks, when they state 2 day delivery! Absolute scam of a company, what a joke. i bet they’ve paid for all these reviews too because no way these guys are legit. Terrible customer service and terrible business. You should care about your customers and not scam them”
