I emailed Knifewarehouse twice to advise of a return. Neither email has been acknowledged. No phone number to make contact. Not impressed

Have literally robbed me. Sent me false dispatch emails with empty tracking details(just the label code and haven’t sent anything). I’d spent several hundred pound with them before and never thought they’d do me over. Disgusted. Calling bank

My order arrived at a different address to the one I requested and the box was completely empty and when I try reach out to customer service I receive no response.

Had a problem with my delivery and still no reply, seems like they’re not bothered. Wouldn’t order again unless sorted.

Well the knife itself is really good so much so that I ordered the same knife the very next day however the second knife hasn't even been completed order yet nor dispatched and it's been over a week now, I've emailed them to ask what's going on with my order but no reply yet so as far as I'm concerned this is very dissatisfying I'm not happy one bit about the second knife order

First 3 orders were excellent. The 4th order which happened to be the biggest order out of all £175 worth of goods, they didn’t not to send my item out. Contacted Royal Mail they’ve said they haven’t received the goods from you. They don’t respond to emails whatsoever. I’m not sure what’s happened, but I believe I got scammed. It’s a shame I was willing to purchase a lot more and spend more money into this business. Not shopping here again u til I’ve received my goods & been told why this has happened. No point asking for a refund from them, I’ll do this alternatively.

Extremely poor service. Not what I expected at all. I purchased a £10 mystery box and when received found it to be of very poor quality. An unbranded Chinese cheap-looking knife. Wouldn't have spent £14.99 on it in a shop. The locking mechanism fails with any sort of pressure and is unusable. I left a review of the knife and it didn't appear on the website, probably due to being a "bad" review. I sent an email to enquire as to how to go about a return, but this too has been ignored. Terrible customer service and not what I expected after reading all the great reviews the company gets. Won't be using it again

I have bought 2 knifes from this company and the service was great . After only 2 months around one of the knifes tip/point has snapped of .I only stuck it into a lump of wood and just the weight of the it knife fell over .When i picked the knife back up i noticed then tip /point had snapped off .I have only been using this knife for cutting string cable ties opening boxes nothing harsh and the knife tip snaps off .The knife is supposed to be hard wearing and made to put to work. I believe i have either got a faulty knife or it is actually poor quality . OVER TWO WEELS I HAVE SENT TWO EMAILS TO THIS COMPANY AND HAS FALLEN ON DEATH EARS .The other knife by the way i havnt even used yet so im not sure if that is of poor quality or not .SEEMS THAT THE AFTER SALES SERVICE IS WELL BELOW POOR .This site wont let me upload a photo .but the company has a photo and ignored it .

Still haven’t received my parcel, they have a fake tracking number, and they ignore all emails. Get a formal chargeback through your bank account, it will raise flags if more people dispute payments and the business can be brought down.
