I have bought a number of blades and always been very happy with the service and the knives themselves. I recently bought a £20 lucky dip, which arrived very quickly. However, I was disappointed with what I received, two small knives, which I'm not convinced we're worth the £25 Inc p&p I paid.

Knife looks and feels great, only real gripe is that in the pictures it shows as having Anglo Arms engraved on the blade however the one that arrived does not, makes me unsure if the blade is a reproduction and not authentic.

Won a prize for the ‘Photo competition’ July 23’ but never received it. Even after sending two Emails with my details they never responded. Shame really because up until then, I purchased quite a few knives off them. I buy elsewhere now.

The knife in the mystery box wasn’t quite what I expected how ever was still a very special knife with detail that again I did not expect and was very surprised and happy with my product please if this is seen could I have another and I will gladly do reviews an publish on other media platforms. Thanks

Over the years I’ve been looked after very well. Unfortunately my partner is very ill. As we speak she is having Brachytherapy for cancer She has purchased a set of throwing knives for my Xmas present. I was sent a picture of the knives I wanted. I have been sent a completely different set and four less I know my partner can feel my disappointment. If they sent another set of 8 knives that would compensate I’ve got 8. Supposed to be 12. So 16 knives would put things right. Up to you knife wherehouse

I bought the Secret Santa's pick for £24.99. I was a bit disappointed to be honest. Of all the knives available I seemed to be the unluckiest. No surprise extra and 2 small knives and a little bag thing. I know it's pot luck, but I was left feeling REALLY unlucky.

Item came ok , but did want to ask them about something, no phone number to ring them and did email them to ring me if possible, they didn't ring me or reply to email either , would not use again because if a problem... no way of communicating with them

Really happy with purchase however one of the knives’ sheaths arrived with mould/damp spores on it. But wiped it away and looks fine now

Very happy with items bought but unfortunately not great communication with replying back to queries I hope to hear back Regards 2 payments and only 1 knife if it gets resolved I'll definitely use again

Could have been a 5star but one of the blades wasnt sharp at all so kind of wasted my money on that knife

Knife was great quality but sheath was poor. Described as leather but was in fact a faux plastic like substance! Seller ignored my email when asked to explain this!

I placed a order on the 5th of December and receive a email saying it was despatched to Royal Mail on the 6th. On Royal Mail it says that the item is depspatched to Royal Mail and it hasn't changed since the 6th of December. I have messaged theknifewarehouse multiple time and they have not answer my messages. I am disappointed because my friend referred to me this website and his order arrived within a week and it has been nearly 10 days and my item hasn't arrived. In addition to this when sending email I haven't been responded to. Knifewarehouse if you see this please get in contact with me
