Order placed on 29 October and ID uploaded. Order showed as ‘Shipped’. 19 days have passed and I’ve not yet received my order. I’ve sent 4 emails and heard nothing back. There’s no phone number to ring. The only way to contact the company is via email. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any online retailer. The purchase was for a Christmas present which I can’t buy elsewhere so I’m going to have a very disappointed family member. I’ll be contacting my bank to retrieve the £100 I paid for the item when it’s been 30 days.
