“Ordered 3 piece sword set. came within 4 days and no damage at all. great quality and look really good. only complaint is on longest sword the blade is not in place correctly so its a bit wobbly, but not too bad.”

“This was the first time I have used the knife warehouse. I must say, they have a nice selection at good prices. Quick delivery. The only downside to my purchase. It was a present for someone and due to poor packaging. The box it came in was damaged. Now I need to purchase another box to put it in.”

“Overall, the experience with knife warehouse was great! I ordered a replica (curved) michonnes sword from the walking dead and a ?20 knife mystery box. It took a little while to deliver, and the mystery box had a lovely knife in it, but they lose one star for the other two knives being very small cheap identical knives. It would be nice if they offered a larger, higher quality/priced mystery box! Still worth getting though!”

“I ordered 2 items I got a automatic confirmation , the order was placed over August bank holiday on the Tuesday after bank holiday I was expecting a Email this did not arrive , by the Thursday I sent a Email , it was returned, not delivered , reason in box full , I had to leave it there as I had to go to work , I arrived home to my order had arrived . No contact from them whatsoever. I did expect a update during the process. The items I ordered were perfect. Communication is good between customer and yourselves”

“very pleased with the customer care and delivery. Paying was simple and straightforward, I was constantly updated with the tracking link I was provided. the swords sheaths i ordered were slightly damaged which is disappointing.”

“In other reviews I they were saying how sharp there knives were I must of got an odd one because mine u could sit on naked it was that blunt. Blue blade don't know what all the black marks are on the blue blade but lots and lots .delivery time really great just a little disappointed knife blunt although looked sharp and lots of little black odd shaped black marks on blade they look like ink but are squares and oblong etc but still nice looking knife”

“Swords were awesome. Highlander blade was perfect, and shall take pride of place on top of book shelves. Legolas knives will look awesome on wall. From the purchase to the delivery, the entire process took less than 7 days. Bought the items on Saturday, got the email saying they were dispatched on Monday, delivered on Thursday. Will definitely be going back to the knife warehouse”
