“very pleased with the customer care and delivery. Paying was simple and straightforward, I was constantly updated with the tracking link I was provided. the swords sheaths i ordered were slightly damaged which is disappointing.”

“Overall, the experience with knife warehouse was great! I ordered a replica (curved) michonnes sword from the walking dead and a ?20 knife mystery box. It took a little while to deliver, and the mystery box had a lovely knife in it, but they lose one star for the other two knives being very small cheap identical knives. It would be nice if they offered a larger, higher quality/priced mystery box! Still worth getting though!”

“Swords were awesome. Highlander blade was perfect, and shall take pride of place on top of book shelves. Legolas knives will look awesome on wall. From the purchase to the delivery, the entire process took less than 7 days. Bought the items on Saturday, got the email saying they were dispatched on Monday, delivered on Thursday. Will definitely be going back to the knife warehouse”

“the processing of orders could be quicker i ordered a crossbow from here and i ordered extra bolts from amazon and the bolts arived within a couple of days and when i try to track my order with knifewarehouse website it still says processing and this is a week later”

“I ordered 2 items I got a automatic confirmation , the order was placed over August bank holiday on the Tuesday after bank holiday I was expecting a Email this did not arrive , by the Thursday I sent a Email , it was returned, not delivered , reason in box full , I had to leave it there as I had to go to work , I arrived home to my order had arrived . No contact from them whatsoever. I did expect a update during the process. The items I ordered were perfect. Communication is good between customer and yourselves”

“The knifes I recieved were good quality, the main one in the ?10.00 box is normaly on sale for ?9.99 when on as a special offer. The other is a nice lock knife. Pity the sheath for the large knife does'nt fit it is too small”

“the knife came quickly within 2 days it was amazing design although it wasn't the sharpest quick sharpen made it razor sharp well built and quick flip out of the blade love it”
