“It’s a very good company that I will definitely keep using in the future, prices are maybe about a fiver too much on some items in my opinion, I’m currently waiting on a mystery box arriving and am very excited to see what I get”

“The knives that I ordered were delivered in double quick time, the quality of the knives is very good but the description of the knives being VERY SHARP needs some adjustment as I would think that being VERY SHARP would that they would cut paper which they DON`T. Overall with the build quality I have no complaints as I have purchased 7 knives from different makers and the quality is consistent, I would personally prefer that the knives came with leather sheaths in all instances rather than the nylon sheathes that most are delivered with, I would be prepared to spend a little more on a leather sheath rather than a nylon sheath more especially the larger knives and machetes. I do appreciate the points system that can be used to get discounts on future purchases.”

“Easy to navigate website and prompt service. Bought the Rambo mk8 knife. Good quality movie prop however the blade required cleaning as it was stained, maybe oil? Arrived in a tired plain black box with no mention of what the knife was which was disappointing.”

“I love the knifewarehouse it has good security and are very strict I purchased a lock back but was disappointed when it had been delivered it had a good weight to it but it was very small my hands are not that big so I think they should show the size of knife in the hand it gives you sizes but a visible image would be great”

“Delivery was fine but I had a problem logging back in to my original account, so I had to set up a new account which resulted in me losing the credits I'd received from a previous £120 and £99 purchase from you. I have sent 3 pictures showing all my purchases and as you can see I have the same delivery/billing address but different emails. I would be grateful if this account could be reimbursed with my credits from previous orders? Thank you”
