Delivery was fine but I had a problem logging back in to my original account, so I had to set up a new account which resulted in me losing the credits I'd received from a previous £120 and £99 purchase from you. I have sent 3 pictures showing all my purchases and as you can see I have the same delivery/billing address but different emails. I would be grateful if this account could be reimbursed with my credits from previous orders? Thank you
