“After sending 5 emails we have still not had a reply from this company. Avoid. Do your research and buy from elsewhere. We bought a knife. Never received it. The post office sent it back to them giving me proof that they received it back. Still nothing. They have the goods and the money which is illegal. Customer services is non existent. No contact number. And as previously mentioned not even a reply. We have reported them to trading standards.”

Hi Joel The reason you did not collect the parcel is because you are under 18 and could not provide the proof of age needed by Royal Mail before they can release a bladed item to you. You have done a very good photoshop on the passport provided before shipping though. Your order has been refunded and your account is blocked. It is illegal to attempt to purchase knives when under 18 in the UK. Kind regards Joe

“The reason I have given 4 stars I’d due to the fact that Joe dealt with an issue I had. This issue was with my parcel being delivered with Damaged Wrapping & The Box inside also damaged. The item is being returned for a full refund to the supplier. Joe dealt with the issue admirably. The item was the Rambo VI Machete & Sheath which looked to be a nice item. Given the circumstances surrounding delivery, I was not prepared to keep the item. Thankyou Joe”

“Having read previous reviews on this company, I can only assume some people are high. Knifewarehouse.co.uk are an excellent company to spend your money with, the customer service is second to none and if you time your order right, you can have your package in your hand within 24 hours. Joe and the team at knifewarehouse.co.uk are super friendly and always happy to help with any enquiries you may have and they always get back to you when you contact them. Joe runs a top notch company that I have used for at least a decade and i will happily continue to spend my money on their website for the foreseeable future.”

“The Golan Kunal throwing Knife Set 9pc arrived on time and very well packaged. The 9pc set came in its own box. The knives were exquisitely balanced witch as a novice I found it much easier to practice the throwing style I've adopted. The knives are strong and expertly made so they can take some hard knocks and batterings from hitting objects that they should not really hit (It seems a novice really can not hit a barn door). I would recommend these knives to anyone who wishes to learn the art of knife throwing and I would recommend Knifewarhouse which I found to be very helpful and run an easy-to-use website. As I progress I will be back for more knives.”
