After sending 5 emails we have still not had a reply from this company. Avoid. Do your research and buy from elsewhere.
We bought a knife. Never received it. The post office sent it back to them giving me proof that they received it back. Still nothing. They have the goods and the money which is illegal. Customer services is non existent. No contact number. And as previously mentioned not even a reply. We have reported them to trading standards.
