“sorry to say last time when I've ordered the quality of things were top ,now I've ordered two mistery boxes 10£ and 20£ and got 1 lil knife wich was decent and two medium sized knifes and one of them was all scratches up ,last time when I've ordered a mistery box it was beautiful this time not so much,this is not a complaint I'm still happy with the products but I just worry for the quality drop,all the best cheers”

“Terrible service, placed 2 order the first was 7 days ago , none of them have arrived and no one is replying to emails when I have chased them. Will be claiming the money back from my credit card if I do not get a reply by the end of the week”

“I got a £10 and £20 mystery box was really happy with what arrived in the £10 box was a £18 knife and in the £20 box I got a £19,£15 and £8 overall doubled my money”

“and easy to order and would of been fast delivery if dodgy was not the delivery company I had to change delivery address and when I tracked the order all I got was sorry we missed You they did not even knock and what happened To the sorry we missed you card did are a joke But that is nothing to do with knifewarehouse.”

“Did the mystery deal and got a small knife and throwing knives... which I'll never use and can't sell. Wouldn't recommend. I would of preferred to actually buy a knife”

“Awful!... no tracking numbers sent , delivery took a week!... then was sent the wrong items . Got sent a cheaper alternative than i orderd with no refund !.. avoid like the plague!”

“I haven't reviewed parcel, DPD failed to deliver to my home address and when changed address to work address, DPD driver delivered it to someone else. I was shocked as this was an ID required delivery. After calling DPD have the parcel now in a depot.... even though tye driver initially delivered it? Dpd are yet to resend the package. I am hoping to receive it soon...”
