“Could have been a 5star but one of the blades wasnt sharp at all so kind of wasted my money on that knife”

“Knife was great quality but sheath was poor. Described as leather but was in fact a faux plastic like substance! Seller ignored my email when asked to explain this!”

“I placed a order on the 5th of December and receive a email saying it was despatched to Royal Mail on the 6th. On Royal Mail it says that the item is depspatched to Royal Mail and it hasn't changed since the 6th of December. I have messaged theknifewarehouse multiple time and they have not answer my messages. I am disappointed because my friend referred to me this website and his order arrived within a week and it has been nearly 10 days and my item hasn't arrived. In addition to this when sending email I haven't been responded to. Knifewarehouse if you see this please get in contact with me”

Hi Kyle There have been Royal Mail strikes each week, 2 days a week (including yesterday and today), creating a backlog, all orders have been dispatched but you will have to be a little patient. It is out of our control unfortunately and because of the law we have to use Age Verified delivery, only Royal Mail and UPS offer this that I know of. I see you only ordered on Sunday and it was dispatched Monday, but they are on Strike today so I guess it will be tomorrow. Apologies for the delay. Kind regards Joe

“I do find the prices a little more expensive, also when competitions come up or a free item like there has been you sign up for these and nothing ever materialises, and stock levels are always low. and again when you ask to be informed of these items 'again' nothing happens.”

“The service and delivery times were excellent, unfortunately the product was very disappointing I know one shouldn?t expect wonders on a small budget but you would expect your product to last more than one use , I purchased two sets of throwing knives both sets either snapped or bent on first throw , the metal used on these items are suitable for tin cans , terrible quality , won?t be purchasing anything again”

“Spent a fair amount on some blades, delivery was fast which was great but the blades themselves are second rate and very shoddy. 2 won't even fit in its sheath. I have emailed as they are not worth keeping and want a refund, but had no answer.”
