“This was the first time for me to use Knifewarehouse, and must say I have nothing but praise for them. My order was placed and was received the next day. “I ordered from this company several days ago. They asked that I upload a photo of my ID. After I did this, I received a email from someone called "Joe Wheeler". This moron is claiming my ID isn't valid because my middle name isn't on the ID card I had sent him. Despite the cardholder's name and the name on the ID card having the exact same details! I tried to explain that most ID cards don't have your full name on them. I haven't heard back from them in days, even though I have asked for a refund twice. This company's customer service is terrible. They have took my money and not even wrote me any emails back, or refunded my money. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

“I have ordered from this company twice and both times I have had amazing work with them I have ordered a rose pocket knife and a wooden one both came before the date they were supposed to come and both were in amazing condition and the prices are amazing very affordable for anyone that would like one of these would 100% recommend have one of kniveswearhouse knife”
