“Order placed on 29 October and ID uploaded. Order showed as ‘Shipped’. 19 days have passed and I’ve not yet received my order. I’ve sent 4 emails and heard nothing back. There’s no phone number to ring. The only way to contact the company is via email. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from any online retailer. The purchase was for a Christmas present which I can’t buy elsewhere so I’m going to have a very disappointed family member. I’ll be contacting my bank to retrieve the £100 I paid for the item when it’s been 30 days.”

“Item came ok , but did want to ask them about something, no phone number to ring them and did email them to ring me if possible, they didn't ring me or reply to email either , would not use again because if a problem... no way of communicating with them”

“Purchased Dundee Bowie Knife from Knife Warehouse, far exceeded expectations well made and a good price. Would defiantly recommend to any buyer. Been looking for one for years found some in Great Yarmouth no where near the quality of this one, dearer and rust spots. Just got to make a display stand for it.”
