Unfortunately I can't review the item due to not having received it. Nor am I pleased that my message/email regarding my order has not been replied to.

Hi Kevin There have been Royal Mail strikes each week, 2 days a week (including yesterday and today), creating a backlog, all orders have been dispatched but you will have to be a little patient. It is out of our control unfortunately and because of the law we have to use Age Verified delivery, only Royal Mail and UPS offer this that I know of. Apologies for the delay. Kind regards Joe

I received the wrong item which was also broken, I have emailed with pictures but no response.

Hi Thomas My apologies for the error. I emailed a pre-paid returns label to you last week for the faulty/incorrect item. I resent that today as it seems you didn't receive that. Possibly in the spam folder? We'll get that exchanged, sorry for the inconvenience. Kind regards Joe Wheeler
