“Quick to respond to any queries/problems.If your desired item is out of stock,an appropriate alternative is suggested. This happened to me and within 24hours of talking to Joe on support,my items were delivered...could not ask anymore of the team Second time I've used the site,more than happy both times,quality products backed by a quality service”

“Bought a ?20 mystery box to see what it was like. Was very impressed, got a kukri style blade, small lock knife, lighter and small magnetic mounted light. Was thinking about buying a kukri/machete anyway so save ?10+ just on that knife alone! Recommended for a punt!”

“I was wary about buying from somewhere reputable as I had read so many bad reviews of other places online A friend recommended Knife Warehouse as he had a good experience with them. I placed my order for a friends birthday present and received the samurai sword promptly within 5 days. Very smooth purchasing with no issues. When the sword arrived, it is really beautifully done - very heavy which is to be expected! When I took the sword out of the sheath I though the metal was slightly stained but it turns out to be the bark transferred from the inside of its holder -a quick polish and it was all fine. Fab piece and I will definitely purchase from them again”

“The website is good and easy to navigate, with products that suit everyone?s appeal. Was wary of them taking my money or not sending the product but they did, taking just under a week which was not bad. Definitely going to buy from there again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to do the same”
